Rivalyst sells your entries and keeps your scores. One platform for organisers, competitors, scorers and sponsors, from the moment registration opens to the final leaderboard.
Entries, divisions, rounds, scoring, scanning and payouts. No exports, no second system, no re-typing results at the end of the day.
Set up registration, take payment through Paystack, and issue a ticket code for every entry.
Build the competition structure once: rounds, divisions, participants and teams.
Capture and amend scores for a round from the floor, on whatever device is in hand.
Standings update per division as scores land, with a public view for competitors and spectators.
Check in participants by scanning their code, so you know exactly who is on site.
Invite admins, score capturers and scanners, and control what each of them can reach.
Every score change and every scan is recorded, with who did it and when.
Publish updates to your competition page and embed the livestream your audience is watching.
Billing, payouts and your tax profile sit alongside the competition, not in a separate ledger.
Capture a round on the spot and the public leaderboard updates for every division. Competitors stop asking where they stand, and your announcer always has the current picture.
Entering, checking in and following the day all happen in the same app. Nothing to install from a store, no separate results site to hunt down.
Competitions are listed in the hub and filterable by sport, so athletes find your event and the divisions open to them.
Pick a division, add entries to the cart and pay by card. Waivers are signed in the same flow, before the entry is confirmed.
Create a team, invite team mates by link and manage the roster. The team is reusable across events, and every entry it has made stays on record.
Every entry carries a QR ticket in My Entries, ready to be scanned at the door even when the venue signal is poor.
Heat assignments, round detail and start times sit alongside the entry, so nobody is chasing a printed schedule.
Scores appear per round as they are captured, with the athlete position in their own division and the full leaderboard alongside.
My Entries and My Teams hold every competition an athlete or team has entered, so past events and upcoming ones sit in one place.
The public competition page carries the standings, the round detail and your announcements. Share one link with the crowd, the family group and the sponsors watching from home.
No monthly licence and no setup fee. Choose the model that suits how your competition sells.
Prices in South African Rand and exclude Paystack's payment processing fees, which are charged directly by Paystack.
Rivalyst started because competition day always ends the same way: a laptop, a spreadsheet and someone typing scores in by hand while athletes wait for results.
It handles the whole chain in one platform, from the entry sale and the ticket scan at the door to divisions, rounds, score capture and the public leaderboard. It runs on any phone or laptop as a web app, with local payments through Paystack and payouts into a local bank account.
You set the refund terms and they show on your listing. Rivalyst carries out the refund you instruct, and takes care of the entry, the ticket and the paperwork behind it.
Whether an entry can be refunded, and on what terms, is yours to decide and shows on the competition listing before anyone enters.
One order can hold several entries and addons behind a single payment, so refunds are per line. Tick what goes back and submit the request.
Nothing reaches the payment provider until we approve it, because the money comes out of the platform merchant balance.
The entrant leaves the division, the ticket is voided so it refuses at the door, shop stock goes back, and credit notes correct both invoices.
Your share of a sale settles into your bank account the moment the entrant pays, so by the time a refund happens that money has already left us. Rivalyst funds the refund and your share becomes a balance against your account.
Platform services sold to an organiser directly, including prepaid seat packs, are not refundable once used. Refunds usually reach the buyer's account within a few working days.
It is built around scoring formats rather than a single sport. Crossfit and functional fitness events came first, then running, shooting, and racing including karting and online series. If your format is points, times, reps or weight across rounds and divisions, it fits.
Checkout runs through Paystack, so card and local payment methods work out of the box. Money settles into your own account and Rivalyst never holds your funds.
Every entry gets a code. Your team scans it from a phone, and the audit trail records which codes were scanned and by whom, so double entries and disputes are easy to settle.
Yes. You invite team members as admins, score capturers or scanners, each with their own access. Every score change is logged with who made it.
That is your call per competition. You control whether the listing appears in the Competition Hub and who can find it, and the leaderboard can stay internal until you are ready to publish.
No. You either pay per transaction, or buy seat packs up front for competitions where entries are free or paid outside the platform.
Tell us about the event and we will help you set up divisions, rounds and entry sales before registration opens.
